Conrad falls in love with Erin. Hopelessly and genuinely. Like any other person coming from the world of creative people, he is spontaneous and passionate about his love for her. Erin on the other hand, can’t help feeling giddy every day she is with him, even though it is her who seems to make his world a better place with every new day. Not that Conrad doesn’t appreciate having her with him. He is just as deeply in love with her.

It’s as if their relationship couldn’t have been better. And yet, after all the good things they do for each other, and all the growth they bring about in the other’s life, there is something wrong. At first, it wasn't obvious. But Erin does notice him drifting away. Like any other devoted lover, she chalks it up to his line of study, but soon enough, she discovers the true reason for his aloofness. Conrad notices it too, but is thoroughly unable to hold himself back. After all, how can one run away from their own actions?

It terrifies her, the force that is trying to steal Conrad from her. It shocks her, the possibility that something of such unlikeliness can happen to a real person. And yet, she has to try. She has to bring him back to her. Given the powerlessness, and the ridiculousness of it all, should she give up? Or should she go ahead and destroy everything, hoping for things to start afresh, like it does after a storm...
